We help you choose and set up Dojo products for your business. That means understanding your needs, explaining a proposal and helping you plan the switch. Time Consulting is an independent introducer, not Dojo. We may receive a fee from the provider when you sign up.
We help plan the transition from your existing setup, including device choice, delivery and any till connections. We agree the sequence with you before going live. Application checks and integrations can affect the timing.
We negotiate the terms as well as the rate. Dojo's standard is 12 months then monthly rolling for businesses under £1m a year, with a 30-day commitment-free start — and we'll tell you exactly what you're signing before you sign it.
We'll tell you. If your current deal is genuinely competitive, we'll confirm that in writing and offer to look again in six months. There's never any pressure to switch — the review is the product, not the sale.
